What you get

A personalised song written from your answers and produced with AI music tools, delivered by email as a link to a private song page where you can play, download (MP3) and share it. Add-ons you buy are delivered to the same page and by email.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by email within about 30 minutes of payment (orders placed before 17 October 2026 with Standard Delivery: within 48 hours). If anything delays your order, we’ll email you.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the names and memories you give us, and that they are not unlawful or hurtful to others. We may refuse orders that are.

Using your song

You may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: play it, gift it, and share it with friends, family and on social media. Selling, licensing or registering it with music distribution or royalty services is not permitted.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as MEDSAS* TREASURETUNE. One-click add-ons after checkout are charged to the same card only when you tap to add them.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy: if you don’t love it, you get your money back within 30 days.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
