What we collect

• The answers you give in our song questionnaire (names, relationship, occasion, memories, style choices) and your email address.
• Order details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data such as pages visited, device type, and ad-click identifiers, collected with our own analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Emails you send us.

How we use it

• To write and produce your song, deliver it, and provide your song page.
• To send order, delivery and service emails, and reminders about a preview you started (you can unsubscribe from reminders at any time with one click).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To handle refunds, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and AI text tools), our music-generation provider (your lyrics and style choices are sent to produce the audio), Resend (email delivery), and Meta (advertising measurement). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your song page

Your song page is private to anyone who has its link. If you share the link, anyone who receives it can play the song.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as accounting law requires. Songs and song pages are kept so you can return to them; ask us any time and we’ll delete your song and questionnaire answers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing support@treasuretune.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local authority.

Cookies

We use local storage and cookies to keep your progress, measure visits and ads (including the Meta Pixel). You can block cookies in your browser settings.
